Delivery is FREE on every order to England and Wales, with no minimum order value. Delivery to Scotland, the Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland is charged depending on the size and weight of your order, so please contact us for a quote before ordering.
How long will my order take?
Unlike our competitors - every item on our website shows the estimated delivery time. These delivery times are given as a guide and delivery may be before, or in some cases slightly after this date. We always try to deliver your items as quickly as possible!
When do you deliver?
Deliveries can only be made during working hours, Monday to Friday and we cannot always provide an exact date at the time of ordering. For office furniture items, you will usually receive a phone call in advance to let you know when your order is expected to arrive. Please note that due to time constraints we are unable to call in advance of delivery on our next day furniture ranges. Delivery to your premises
Deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of your premises as per standard transport practices. Please make a note on checkout if you have any specific delivery requirements including site restrictions for larger vehicles, delivery to another floor or specific booking in requirements to access your site. Upon receiving your request we will liaise with the transport company to confirm your request and advise back together with any charge if applicable.

Returns: Cancelled Orders
If you have cancelled your order you must return the goods to us within 14 calendar days of the cancellation. It is your responsibility to return the goods and you must cover the delivery cost of returning the item(s). Any items returned must be sealed, unused and in their original packaging. We cannot provide a refund for items which have been opened, used or damaged. Please note: there may be a restocking fee for returned goods of up to 30% of the value of the goods, this does not include the delivery charge.
Problems with deliveries
We use couriers to deliver many of our items, and unfortunately damages can happen. If this is the case, please send us an email as soon as the item is received to info@panelscreens.co.uk or call 020 3995 4570 and we will deal with this for you as a priority. If possible, please attach a photo of the damage to your email.
