Delivery costs quoted by Panelscreens (Panelscreens Ltd) are for mainland UK only. This excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and other remote locations. For other locations and International deliveries please contact us. Some postcodes are not included in this and do carry additional delivery charges and you will be notified as soon as possible about this. Delivery charges to other areas are available on application.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery across our products is set at a flat fee of £40.00 excl. VAT (£48.00 incl. VAT) per order. Where delivery is deemed to be outside of the UK or areas covered by our manufacturers the cost can vary. These delivery costs are unique to each product based on location, weight, size and quantity. Delivery surcharges may apply to the Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland, we will make contact to advise of any applicable charges as soon as possible once your order is placed. In some cases, specific carriage terms may apply to individual items, if applicable these are noted on the product pages.
How long will my order take?
Unlike our competitors - every item on our website shows the estimated delivery time. These delivery times are given as a guide and delivery may be before, or in some cases slightly after this date. We always try to deliver your items as quickly as possible!
When do you deliver?
Deliveries can only be made during working hours, Monday to Friday and we cannot always provide an exact date at the time of ordering. For office furniture items, you will usually receive a phone call in advance to let you know when your order is expected to arrive. Please note that due to time constraints we are unable to call in advance of delivery on our next day furniture ranges. Where do you deliver?
Deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of your premises as per standard transport practices. Please make a note on checkout if you have any specific delivery requirements including site restrictions for larger vehicles, delivery to another floor or specific booking in requirements to access your site. Upon receiving your request we will liaise with the transport company to confirm your request and advise back together with any charge if applicable.

Returns: Cancelled Orders
If you have cancelled your order you must return the goods to us within 14 calendar days of the cancellation. It is your responsibility to return the goods and you must cover the delivery cost of returning the item(s). Any items returned must be sealed, unused and in their original packaging. We cannot provide a refund for items which have been opened, used or damaged. Please note: there may be a restocking fee for returned goods of up to 30% of the value of the goods, this does not include the delivery charge.
Problems with deliveries
We use couriers to deliver many of our items, and unfortunately damages can happen. If this is the case, please send us an email as soon as the item is received to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 020 3995 4570 and we will deal with this for you as a priority. If possible, please attach a photo of the damage to your email.
