Panelscreens Returns & Refunds Policy


It is important that you check your requirements before ordering any of our advertised products, most of our products are manufactured and made to order to the customer’s specification. Therefore, These made to order products are non-returnable and are not eligible for a refund.

Refused deliveries of made to order goods are not eligible for credit, our usual refund policy does not apply to made to order items.

Please also be aware that the colour shades can appear different from the real fabric colours. We advise you to request actual fabric samples before ordering. We cannot take responsibility for your monitor or screen rendering different colour to the actual real life fabric colour. 

Returns for unwanted items must be requested within 48 hours of delivery and If Goods are accepted back for credit, it is only with the express permission of PSL. These Goods may only be returned if they are unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. The buyer shall, unless otherwise stated, be responsible for the cost of the return carriage, to an address designated by PSL, for all goods returned which shall be at the risk of the Customer until actual receipt of the goods to a point designated by PSL. PSL reserves the right to charge a minimum handling fee of 30% of the value of the goods to cover the restocking fee. This will be deducted from any refund given. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of goods providing these conditions are met.

If you have cancelled your order for a stocked item you must return the goods to us within 14 calendar days of the cancellation. It is your responsibility to return the goods and you must cover the delivery cost of returning the item(s). Any items returned must be sealed, unused and in their original packaging. We cannot provide a refund for items which have been opened, used or damaged.

Please note: there may be a restocking fee for returned goods of up to 30% of the value of the goods, this does not include the delivery charge.

The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty or not as described.
