Fabric desk screens for every desk and budget

Fabric desk screens are the most popular way to divide office desks. They give each person a screened-off workspace, soften the look of the office and, in thicker acoustic versions, absorb the noise of calls and conversation. Most of our fabric desk screens come in a wide choice of fabric colours, so you can match your brand or interior.

Desk-mounted, slide-on or freestanding?

  • Desk-mounted fabric screens fix to the edge of the desk with clamps or brackets, so they stay firmly in place on bench desks and between back-to-back workstations.
  • Slide-on fabric desk dividers push onto the desk edge with no tools, which makes them ideal for rented desks and hot-desking areas.
  • Freestanding desk screens sit on the desk on their own feet and can be moved whenever you like. See our freestanding desk dividers. Need extra or replacement feet? Add free-standing desk screen feet.

Fabric or acoustic desk screens?

Thin fabric desk screens (around 28mm) mainly give visual privacy. Thicker screens with a sound-absorbing core (38mm to 70mm) also soak up speech, so if noise is a problem choose one of our acoustic desk screens. If you prefer a clear finish, see our acrylic desk screens, or browse all desk dividers. To choose the right width and height, read our guide to desk divider sizes.

Frequently asked questions

What sizes are available?

Across our fabric desk dividers and screens range, heights run from 300mm to 1800mm and widths from 600mm to 2000mm, depending on the product. Each product page lists its exact sizes.

How quickly can I get them?

Lead times depend on the product. Most are dispatched in 5 to 14 working days, and some made-to-order ranges take 3 to 6 weeks. The lead time is shown on each product page.

Can I see fabric colours before I order?

Yes. Order free fabric samples to check colours and textures before you buy, as photos on screen are not always colour-accurate.

Do you deliver and install?

Yes. We deliver across the UK and can install office screens anywhere in the UK, with free layout advice. Contact us for a quote.

Are fabric desk screens acoustic?

Some are. Thin fabric desk screens mainly give visual privacy, while screens with a sound-absorbing core, such as Edge Fabric 38, Edge 58, Hush 50 and Hush 70, also absorb speech and reduce noise across the office.

How do fabric desk screens attach to the desk?

Most fabric desk screens clamp or bracket onto the edge of the desk. Slide-on versions push onto the desk edge without tools, and freestanding desk screens simply sit on the desk on their own feet.
