Panelscreens Limted ('PSL') conducts its business with its customers under the terms and conditions set forth. PSL hereby rejects any terms and conditions set out in any Customer purchase order or other business agreement documents, unless we have agreed to these terms in writing by a director of PSL.
The 'Customer' refers to any person, company or organisation purchasing goods from PSL.
'Goods' means the goods (including any installation of goods or any parts of them) which PSL is to supply in accordance with these conditions. Any reference in these terms and conditions to singular products also means and includes plural.
Panelscreen Limited’s terms and conditions run in accordance with and adhere to the Consumer Contracts regulations in relation to distance selling.
All prices shown exclude carriage and VAT and will be added at the correct rate at the time of dispatch. We continuously review our products for improvements and therefore reserve the right to amend product specifications and prices without prior notice. We regularly review our prices to ensure that we are offering our best possible prices at all times.
Secure Online Payment – all orders must be paid for in advance and full. When you "Proceed To Checkout" you will be given the option to pay by Credit or Debit card. Choose your credit card from the options given and fill in all the details required. All our credit or debit card transactions are securely protected and processed using Stripe. You will receive immediate confirmation that your payment has been authorised. You will also receive an email with your order details and payment status. We do not store your Credit or Debit card details and are unable to view or access these details.
Purchase Orders - If your organisation belongs to a Local Authority or you are a department within entities such as the Police, Fire Service, Ministry of Defence, NHS, Charities or Education establishments, please send us your purchase order number. Once we have received your order we will despatch the goods within our normal delivery schedules. As soon as your order is despatched we will send your invoice. Terms are 30 days from the date of the invoice.
Retention of title
The goods remain the property of PSL until full payment has been received. Until full payment has been received PSL may at any time recover the goods, and may enter the Customer’s premises for this purpose. The risk passes to the Customer on delivery of the goods regardless of whether PSL has received full payment. The Customer shall be liable for insuring the goods at the full invoice value until PSL has received full payment.
Delivery & Carriage Charges
Delivery costs quoted by Panelscreens are for mainland UK only, excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and remote locations. For other locations and International deliveries please contact us. Please note that we only deliver to the UK mainland, however, for larger screen sizes additional restrictions may apply. For deliveries outside the UK we can deliver to a nominated shipping agent. Due to health and safety restrictions we are only able to deliver to the ground floor of your premises.
All products featured on our website exclude carriage and VAT. At the point of checkout your specific carriage charge is added to the total amount based upon your required delivery destination.
All our lead times are accurate at the time of publishing and have been supplied to us from our manufacturers. These lead times are provided as a guide for delivery and Panelscreens cannot be held responsible for any changes to lead times due to manufacturing issues.
All our products are delivered directly from the factory using an in-house delivery team, however, for smaller products only it may be possible for delivery to be made by the carrier. We can advise you upon the suitability of delivery. We will inform you of the lead times and delivery date for your order but we cannot be held responsible for courier failure. Nevertheless, we will make all reasonable efforts to get your order delivered when required. Deliveries shall be made between business hours of Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm. Lead times are given as a guide for delivery. PSL cannot be held responsible for any change in the lead time due to manufacturing or stock issues.

Receipt of Goods
Delivery will be to the ground floor front door of your building and does not include any assembly or unpacking. Please ensure all goods are checked thoroughly for condition and quantity at time of delivery before signing for them. Please report any damage, accompanied with a supporting photograph and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24hrs of receipt. Reported items after this time may lead to us being unable to support any claims.
Any order accepted by PSL is subject to these terms and conditions. PSL’s trading policy is to supply orders paid for in advance by credit or debit cards, or by an agreed credit account against official Customer orders. The proper control and authorisation of official orders is deemed to be the responsibility of the customer. PSL cannot accept liability for either the incorrect use or abuse of Customer official orders.
PSL reserves the right at any time and without explanation to:
- a. Refuse to accept an order
- b. Cancel an order
- c. Suspend deliveries against an order, whether or not an account is in arrears
- d. Refuse cancellation of an order
- e. Cancel unexecuted instalments of an order
No amendments to an existing order will be recognised unless otherwise agreed by PSL in writing Customers are responsible for checking the accuracy of all order acknowledgments. PSL will send an acknowledgement for all customer orders in writing, no claims for discrepancies between the goods and quantities ordered and those supplied will be accepted where goods supplied are in keeping with those acknowledged.
All and any cancellations must be made in writing within 24 hours of your order to email@example.com and must include your order reference number, we will then be able to provide a full refund. Failure to provide this may result in a delay in finding your details and result in extra charges to you, if the order has been processed or dispatched. A small processing fee may also be charged for actioning a cancellation.
Your order can be cancelled after 24 hours however a refund will not be offered and a cancellation fee will be applied based on costs that have been incurred by the manufacturer and administrative cancellation fee from PSL. We will be able to confirm these costs once we have spoken to the manufacturer.
Returns & Refunds
It is important that you check your requirements before ordering any of our advertised products, most of our products are manufactured and made to order to the customer’s specification. Therefore, These made to order products are non-returnable and are not eligible for a refund.
Refused deliveries of made to order goods are not eligible for credit, our usual refund policy does not apply to made to order items.
Please also be aware that the colour shades can appear different from the real fabric colours. We advise you to request actual fabric samples before ordering. We cannot take responsibility for your monitor or screen rendering different colour to the actual real life fabric colour.
Returns for unwanted items must be requested within 48 hours of delivery and If Goods are accepted back for credit, it is only with the express permission of PSL. These Goods may only be returned if they are unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. The buyer shall, unless otherwise stated, be responsible for the cost of the return carriage, to an address designated by PSL, for all goods returned which shall be at the risk of the Customer until actual receipt of the goods to a point designated by PSL. PSL reserves the right to charge a minimum handling fee of 30% of the value of the goods to cover the restocking fee. This will be deducted from any refund given. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of goods providing these conditions are met.
If you have cancelled your order for a stocked item you must return the goods to us within 14 calendar days of the cancellation. It is your responsibility to return the goods and you must cover the delivery cost of returning the item(s). Any items returned must be sealed, unused and in their original packaging. We cannot provide a refund for items which have been opened, used or damaged.
Please note: there may be a restocking fee for returned goods of up to 30% of the value of the goods, this does not include the delivery charge.
The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty or not as described.
Damages & Exchanges
Should any goods be damaged or faulty upon delivery we will exchange them. We will make arrangements with the manufacturer for the faulty goods to be collected from you and for replacement goods to be delivered as soon as reasonably possible. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery of the faults and provide photographs of the damage or fault, to assist us in completing the return.
If you choose to return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. If items are lost or damaged during transit when being returned, we reserve the right to charge you or not provide a refund to you for the items.
We reserve all rights and licenses in respect of copyright for all content, designs, images and/or drawings supplied or on our website. The contents of this website, any email promotions, brochures or other material issued by us including any images, drawings or illustrations, are subject to copyright and may not be reproduced or copied without our specific written consent.
Under no circumstances will Panelscreens be liable to the Customer for any loss of profits, additional costs, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any defect in the goods supplied. Panelscreens’ liability will be restricted to the value of the goods found to be defective upon inspection. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or the Company’s liability to the Customer for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or injury resulting from the Company’s negligence.
Panelscreens does not supply goods with the benefit of any term, warranty or condition as to the suitability of the goods for any purpose except as provided by law. Panelscreens will assign to the buyer all rights conferred on it by any of its suppliers. Panelscreens shall have the option to repair or replace (or at its sole discretion, refund to the Customer the price of the goods without any further liability) parts agreed by it as being defective if the goods are returned to Panelscreens within 1 year.
Guarantees, warranties and limitation of liability
Goods subjected to fair wear and tear, misuse, tampering, defective maintenance, alteration or modification are excluded from this guarantee. Goods covered are subject to single shift working only. In no case shall the liability of Panelscreens exceed that of the actual manufacturer of the goods.
All descriptions, weights and dimensions given by Panelscreens are given in good faith however, no responsibility is taken by Panelscreens for their accuracy.
Panelscreens accepts no liability for variations in colour, finish, materials and any other aspect of appearance that may occur from time to time. The images shown on site are for reference only- samples of each finish are available upon request.
Panelscreens does not accept liability for failure to comply with any standards or regulations required by law in respect of goods supplied by Panelscreens or for indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from such goods.
The validity, legality or enforceability of any part of these terms and conditions will be unaffected by the invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any part of these terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Applicable Law.
