Panelscreens will not disclose the information you provide to third parties, other than when order details are being processed as part of order fulfilment e.g. the supply of requested office screens. In this case, the third party will not disclose your information to any additional third party.
We may collect the following information

- Contact email and telephone numbers
- Ordering and delivery address details
- Demographic information such as postcodes and preferences
- Reviews on service and products
All the information you provide when placing your order via the Panelscreens website will be securely stored on our own computer systems and will not be viewable or sold to any third parties.
We will periodically review your personal information to ensure that we do not keep it for longer than necessary and that is permitted by law.
What we do with the information we gather
We require the above details to understand your needs and provide you with a better service and, in particular, for the following reasons:
- To process an order you or your organisation have made with us

Cookies are small files stored by your browser when you visit a website. We use them in three ways.
1. Essential cookies – needed to run the site, for example to keep items in your basket, process checkout and remember your cookie choices. These are always on.
2. Analytics cookies (on by default – you can opt out) – we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used, so we can improve the website. This is used only to produce statistics for us; it is not used for advertising and we do not use it to identify you. Under the UK statistics exemption (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025) we use these cookies without asking first, but you can turn them off at any time by choosing Reject all on our cookie banner, or by selecting Manage Website Data Collection Preferences at the bottom of any page and setting Analytics to No. Google may process this data on our behalf; see how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
3. Advertising cookies (only with your permission) – Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing) cookies help us measure whether our adverts work. We only use these if you choose Accept All Cookies.
Changing your mind – you can change your choices at any time using Manage Website Data Collection Preferences at the bottom of any page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site (such as the basket) may then not work.
