Hush 70 Acoustic Desk Dividers Reduce Sound Transmission
Hush 70 screens are designed for individuals who want to make real, impactful changes to their workspaces. Professionals can purchase screens that clamp onto the length and width of any standard desk. The result is an alcove made of out three fabric desk screens that are stuffed full of sound-reducing materials. Hush 70 promotes concentration in even the busiest environment. This screen has a dual purpose. It barricades the individual into their workspace with noise-reducing materials, but it also facilitates collaboration. It is tall enough to create a real sense of privacy and short enough to allow for communication between colleagues. The unusual rounded, slanted corners create a bridge between private and public. We also stock Hush 50 Acoustic Desk Screen, which has the same properties but is only 50mm thick.
Hush 70 Acoustic Desk Screen Uses
Hush 70 is a very versatile acoustic desk divider. Our customers use Hush 70 furnishings in a number of ways. This divider improves privacy in modern, open-plan spaces. It creates privacy barriers between different divisions, teams, or even just individuals who want to focus on their projects. Above all else, Hush 70 is known for its acoustic properties. It is 70mm thick and padded with a few different layers of materials which all absorb sound waves at the surface. Hush 70 screens do not just protect the individual from unwanted sounds, they also create an overall smoother soundscape. Muffle Acoustic Wall Panel also has excellent sound-absorbing abilities, but it is designed for installation on walls. Wall-hung panels are perfect for environments where space is at a premium.
Hush 70 Divider Materials
Hush 70 acoustic desk screen is 70mm thick. It is much thicker than average acoustic screens, which tend to be around 50mm thick. Hush furnishings benefit from a lot of padding, which significantly reduces the number of sound waves that make it to the other side of the divider. Each divider is comprised of a sturdy core that is flanked by one 12mm thick fire-retardant, sound-absorbent layer of foam on either side. The entire divider is covered in Abbotsford Classic Melton wool fabric, which is available in several stylish colours.
Hush 70 Acoustic Desk Divider Customisation
At Panelscreens, we create bespoke, unique products. Hush 70 can be customised to suit any space, whether it be a school, exam hall, reception area, or office.
