Acoustic seating pods give people somewhere quiet to sit, talk and concentrate in a busy open-plan office. Built-in seating is surrounded by sound-absorbing panels, so conversations stay inside the pod and the noise of the room is kept out, without building new walls or meeting rooms.
Choose from open meeting pods for informal catch-ups, enclosed pods for private calls and one-to-ones, and larger pods such as the Zen XL for small team meetings. Many of our pods can be fitted with seating, tables, power and lighting, and finished in a choice of fabrics and colours to suit your interior.
Acoustic seating pods and open meeting pods
Acoustic seating pods combine seating with high, sound-absorbing sides, creating a quieter space for meetings, calls or focused work inside an open office. Some are fully enclosed, while open meeting pods have no door or roof, so they feel part of the room but still cut distraction.
Our range includes open meeting pods, enclosed meeting pods, privacy pods, and the Zen acoustic pods, with the Zen XL made for up to five people.

Frequently asked questions
What is an open meeting pod?
An open meeting pod has seating and high acoustic sides but no door or roof. It gives a semi-private space for quick meetings without being fully enclosed.
Are acoustic seating pods soundproof?
No pod is completely soundproof. Open pods reduce distraction, while fully enclosed pods block much more noise.
Can you help choose the right pod?
Yes. Send us your floor plan and headcount and we will suggest the right mix of pods and booths for free.
What is the difference between an open and an enclosed acoustic pod?
Open pods have high acoustic sides for quick, informal conversations. Enclosed pods have walls, a door and ventilation for private meetings and calls.
