Who can order from Panelscreens?
Anybody can order from Panelscreens! We are primarily a business-to-business supplier, but we also sell to private individuals.
How do I order from Panelscreens?
There are two ways to order from Panelscreens:
Order online – Buy directly through our website, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Simply add the products you need to your basket and check out securely.
Request a bespoke quote – If you need custom sizes, large quantities or a tailored solution, contact our sales team on 020 3995 4570 or email info@panelscreens.co.uk for a bespoke quote. Quoted orders can be paid by invoice.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept secure electronic payments only. You can pay online at checkout by debit or credit card, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express, or by PayPal. All card payments are processed securely by Stripe, so your card details are never stored by us.
For bespoke quotes, we can issue an invoice, payable by bank transfer or BACS. Please email info@panelscreens.co.uk or call 020 3995 4570 if you need our bank details.
We do not accept cheques. For online orders, payment is taken in full at checkout and you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! The bulk discount offered for most items on the panelscreens.co.uk website can be found at the top of the product description. If it's not listed, please email info@panelscreens.co.uk for more information.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the UK. Delivery terms depend on the product:
Panelscreens own-brand products – FREE delivery to England and Wales (delivery to Scotland and Northern Ireland is charged).
Other brands – Standard delivery to mainland UK is a flat fee of £35.00 excl. VAT (£42.00 incl. VAT) per order, including our fast delivery products. Delivery to Scotland, Northern Ireland and other remote areas is charged; please contact us for a delivery quote before ordering.

Can you deliver to any floor in my building?
Deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of your premises, as per standard transport practices. If delivery is to another floor, an optional installation fee will apply, which can be selected in the basket once the products have been added. If this option is not available, please call our sales staff on 020 3995 4570, as we can usually get you a price for this.
What if I have a problem with my order?
We know that from time to time, things don't go 100% to plan. But unlike other companies who leave you on hold for long periods of time, we want to get the problem sorted as quickly as possible. If you have any problems with your order, please email info@panelscreens.co.uk and the team will get back to you as soon as possible to let you know they are dealing with your query.
We use couriers for many of our items, and unfortunately, damage can happen. If this is the case, please email info@panelscreens.co.uk as soon as the item is received, or call 020 3995 4570, and we will deal with this for you as a priority. If possible, please attach a photo of the damage to your email. We understand that some things can't be sorted by email – in these cases, please call us on 020 3995 4570.
