Acoustic pinboards: noticeboards that absorb sound
Acoustic pinboards do two jobs at once. You can pin notices, plans and artwork to them, and their soft surface absorbs sound, helping to cut echo in offices, classrooms and meeting rooms.
They are a practical way to add acoustic treatment to rooms that need a noticeboard anyway, such as team areas, project rooms and school classrooms. Our range includes cork and fabric options.
For larger rooms, combine pinboards with acoustic wall panels, or see our full room acoustics range.

Frequently asked questions
Do acoustic pinboards really absorb sound?
Yes. Their soft surface absorbs some of the sound that would otherwise bounce off a hard wall, helping to reduce echo.
Where are acoustic pinboards used?
Offices, project rooms, meeting rooms and school classrooms, anywhere a noticeboard is useful and echo is a problem.
Can I combine pinboards with acoustic wall panels?
Yes. Pinboards work well alongside acoustic wall panels when a room needs both a noticeboard and more sound absorption.
Can I pin things to acoustic panels?
Acoustic pinboards and many fabric acoustic panels are pinnable, so you can pin notices to them without affecting their sound absorption much.
