Edge 38 desk modesty panels fix to the back edge of the desk and drop below the worktop, so one acoustic panel gives privacy above the desk and hides legs, bags and cables below it. What is a desk modesty panel?
A modesty panel is a screen fitted along the front or back of a desk, so people sitting opposite or walking past cannot see under the desk. The Edge 38 version also rises above the worktop, so it works as a desk divider and privacy panel at the same time – one product instead of a separate desk screen and under-desk panel.
Why choose an acoustic desk divider that mounts to the side?
Standard desk screens clamp to the top of the desk and take up space on the worktop. A side-mounted backdrop panel leaves the whole desktop clear, looks built-in, and covers the gap under the desk as well. Because it is fixed to the desk frame rather than the floor, it rises and lowers with sit-stand desks without catching.
