Scala hanging acoustic panels are inspired by corrugated iron roofs in Iceland. Designer Anya Sebton saw an opportunity to employ the wavy, striking style to create softer soundscapes. Scala suspended acoustic ceiling panels are Class A acoustic furnishings. They are comprised of a core that is made from acoustic insulation that is surrounded by a compressed felt body.

The compressed felt fabric is made from recycled PET bottles and fabric waste. Anya Sebton left no stone unturned in the creation of Scala acoustic rafts. These sound-absorbent panels do not emit any unnecessary materials during the manufacturing process. They are also compliant with industry-wide fire requirements.

Abstracta Scala Ceiling Panel Uses

True to its name, each Scala hanging acoustic panel comes with a wire kit for ceiling installation. There are four wires included with each panel. Customers can hang the panels horizontally with four wires or vertically with two wires. Scala Abstracta furnishings are multi-functional and can suit a wide range of different professional environments. They are ideal for reception areas, office spaces, and even restaurants.
