Due to the increase in demand for our products our current lead times from the manufacturer are 15-20 working days approximately. Please note all lead times are advisory. We are currently operating as normal. We apologies for the delay as we understand the need for a fast delivery for our customers. OPERATING & DELIVERY UPDATE: 7th May 2020

We are pleased to announce to all our existing and new clients that we are now fully operating and will be delivering as per usual. If you are awaiting a delivery from before the 23rd March 2020 we will be contacting you shortly and updating on when your goods will be delivered.

After the announcement from the Prime Minister on Monday 23rd March 2020 we have taken the decision to stop manufacturing of goods and deliveries at this time.

The safety of our staff and customers is of the utmost importance to us at this time and for this reason our staff are now working from the safety of their own homes.

What does this mean if you 

are looking to purchase office 

screens or office furniture?

Although, manufacturing and deliveries have stopped for the time being, we are still able to:

  • Accept any orders either via the website or from direct invoicing
  • Process orders via the website ready for production
  • Discuss any queries you may have regarding products
  • Create quotes
  • Discuss our installation services you may require in the future
  • We do have limited items in stock, so please do get in touch with your requirements and we can see whether we have the item available or if you there is an alternate solution available.

before the 23rd March 2020 

announcement?

All of our customers who placed an order before or on the 23rd March 2020 announcement from the government have been contacted regarding the status of their order.

Due to manufacturers and their distributors having to close their facilities as they don’t meet the government criteria of being either:

  • Key essential business
  • A business that employs key essential workers

Your goods are safely stored in the warehouse facilities until we have further direction and guidance from the government that is safe for their employees and you to return to work. We will update you as soon as we know and work with you to ensure you are able to take delivery of your goods at a time that suits you and your business.

At Panelscreens we believe we not only have a responsibility to our staff, customers and business partners but also to the wider community. At this time we want to encourage everyone to stay at home where possible and to stay safe to not only protect themselves and their loved ones but the vulnerable and elderly in your communities as well as to help reduce the strain on the NHS and their staff.
