Who can order from Panelscreens?

Anybody can order from Panelscreens Online! We are primarily a Business 2 Business supplier, but we also sell to private individuals too.
 

How do I order from Panelscreens?

It couldn't be easier. You can place your order in the following ways: Online (24 hours a day, 365 days a year) - Our website is packed with many products and is growing all the time. We offer the best choice of office furniture, desks, office chairs, filing cabinets, office cupboards etc. and a lot more! Our website incorporates the latest online security features to make sure internet shopping is safe. How do I pay for my order?

We accept payment by cheque, debit and credit card. Please make cheques payable to "Panelscreens Ltd". We normally process your order on receipt of the cheque. We currently accept Visa Credit, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Commercial Cards, JCB, Solo, Visa Electron and Maestro. All credit/debit cards details are submitted to us over the telephone and not online via the website You undertake to provide us with correct details of a credit or debit card that is your own and that there are sufficient funds available to purchase the products. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before accepting the order. Payment will be taken in full at the time of the order. A receipt for your transaction will be sent to you in the post at the address you have given us on the order.
 

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! The bulk discount that is offered for most of the items on the panelscreens.co.uk website should be found at the top of the product description.

Where do you deliver?

Our delivery services are currently limited to addresses within the UK. FREE delivery is applicable to addresses within the UK Mainland and is available for the majority of items. However, for select fast delivery products, there is a charge of £48 to facilitate quick delivery.If there are any issues we will contact you as soon as possible. If you would like some advice regarding delivery before ordering, please do not hesitate to email our sales team at info@panelscreens.co.uk or call on 020 3995 4570. Alternatively, you can use our live chat facility where our online operators are standing by to answer your questions.
 

Can you deliver to any floor in my building?

Deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of your premises as per standard transport practices. If delivery is to another floor, an optional installation fee will apply, which can be selected in the basket once the products have been added. If this option is not available, please do not hesitate to call our sales staff on 020 3995 4570 as we can usually get you a price for this.
 

What if I have a problem with my order?

We know that from time to time, things don't go 100% to plan. But unlike other companies who leave you on hold for long periods of time, we want to get the problem sorted as quickly as possible for you. If you have any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to send an email to info@panelscreens.co.uk and the team will get back to you as soon possible to let you know they are dealing with your query. We use couriers for many of our items, and unfortunately, damages can happen. If this is the case, please send us an email as soon as the item is received to info@panelscreens.co.uk or call 020 3995 4570 and we will deal with this for you as a priority. If possible, please attach a photo of the damage to your email. We understand that some things can't be sorted by email - in these cases, please call us on 020 3995 4570.
